Terms of Service

Article 1. Purpose
These Terms of Service set forth the conditions and procedures for using the AI pet portrait generation and custom goods production services (the "Service") provided by PetPeo (the "Company"), and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users.
Article 2. Service Description
The Company provides the following services: 1. AI-based pet portrait generation 2. Custom goods (canvas prints, posters, phone cases, etc.) produced from generated images 3. Subscription plans with image generation quotas 4. Other related services as determined by the Company
Article 3. Service Agreement
A service agreement is established when a user agrees to these Terms, completes social login registration (via Kakao, Google, LINE, etc.), and the Company approves the registration. The Company may refuse or restrict registration in accordance with applicable laws.
Article 4. Content Rights
Users retain all rights to their uploaded photos. The scope of use for AI-generated results depends on the user's subscription plan, and generated content may be freely used for personal, non-commercial purposes. The Company may use anonymized generated images for service improvement and quality enhancement.
Article 5. Payment and Refund Policy
1. Digital products (AI-generated images, subscription plans): As services are provided immediately after payment, withdrawal of subscription is limited once content delivery has begun, in accordance with the Electronic Commerce Act. Full refunds are provided if a service failure prevents delivery of normal results. 2. Physical goods: Withdrawal of subscription is available within 7 days of receiving the product. However, due to the custom-made nature of products, withdrawal is limited once production has begun (24 hours after order placement). 3. Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, the subscription will stop from the next billing date. The remaining period of the current billing cycle remains available. No refunds are provided for unused quotas. 4. Refund processing: Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 3-7 business days depending on the payment processor's policy.
Article 6. Restrictions on Service Use
The Company may restrict service use or suspend accounts in the following cases: 1. Uploading photos of others without authorization 2. Attempting to generate illegal or inappropriate content 3. Fraudulent use or system exploitation 4. Violation of these Terms or applicable laws
Article 7. Disclaimer
Due to the nature of AI technology, the Company does not guarantee the accuracy or quality of generated results, and is not responsible for issues arising from the user's use of generated content. The Company is exempt from liability for service interruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters or system failures.
Article 8. Dispute Resolution
Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws including the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. Disputes related to service use shall be resolved in accordance with consumer dispute resolution standards under the Framework Act on Consumers.
Article 9. Amendment of Terms
The Company may amend these Terms as necessary, and changes will be announced through in-service notifications. Users who do not agree to the amended Terms may discontinue use and withdraw from the service. If no objection is raised within 7 days after announcement, the user is deemed to have agreed to the changes.
